The Process

You Invest

Fund the renovation and furnishing of suitable properties to social housing standards. Suiting any investor not wishing to partake in property ownership but instead providing working capital for up to a 12 month period attracting an interest rate of between 10-12%. The loan term is 12 months and interest is paid monthly from the loan’s inception date, minimum loan amount is £50k. If the project is finished early, say 6 months you still get paid the 12 months interest on top of your initial investment.
